Capacity building in the field of public politics / strategies / actions – national level

 

Financing opportunity: OPAC – SO 1.1  Develop and use a common system and standards for national public administration aimed at optimizing the decision process for citizens and business environment – linked with PACS (Public Administration Consolidation Strategy)

Target group:

  • NGO’s representatives (including representatives of public administration association structures), representatives of social partners;

Eligible activities/expenditure:

  • Develop independent tools for monitoring and evaluate public policies;
  • Develop mechanisms / tools in order to consolidate the social and civic dialogue;
  • Develop and propose alternative solutions to government public policies, according to PACS.

 

Capacity building in the field of public politics / strategies / actions – local level

 

Financing opportunity: OPAC – SO 2.1  Develop and use a common system and standards for local public administration aimed at optimizing the decision process for citizens and business environment – linked with PACS (Public Administration Consolidation Strategy)

Target group:

  • NGO’s representatives (including representatives of public administration association structures), representatives of social partners;

Eligible activities/expenditure:

  • Develop independent tools for monitoring and evaluate public policies at local level;
  • Develop mechanisms / tools in order to consolidate the social and civic dialogue (develop social partners’s and NGO’s capacity);
  • Develop procedures and mechanisms to ensure local development and a good interaction process with public administration institutions;
  • Develop / implement a debate mechanism between NGOs, social partners and Universities involved in drafting local strategies.
